Welcome Back to School Event: This event serves the entire school. As parents drop off on the first day of school we supply coffee, tissues and good company as we welcome students and parents back for another wonderful year.
Biggest Needs: Coffee Sponsor- Thank you to Chocolate Fish Coffee Roasters
Return on investment: Mention in our newsletter and representation at the event with signage
6th Annual Fundraising Gala: Donate items for our silent auction. These items are promoted in the months leading up to the event and seen by families withing the school and Sacramento Community!
Additional Needs:
Raffle & Prize Items: Lots and lots of raffles at our school functions quality raffle items can go a long was for us to encourage parent involvement for a membership drive! We are also always looking for items for event like our jog-a-thon, membership drives, attendance prizes, walk to school class winners etc.
Garden Supplies: We run one of the top Garden and Science programs and are always in need of supplies related to gardening to enhance our experience for the kids and keep the garden in perfect condition for all of the community to enjoy.
Art Supplies: Our students experience art weekly! We can use all the extra supplies you wish to donate- from visiting artists in the class rooms to kite building we can make use of any supply we receive!
Enhancements: Last year we added much needed bike racks to the front of the school. We would love a make over of our kindergarten fence at the front of the school and school office. SO if you see something you would like to donate- even a brand new idea, we are open to it! Email us if you would like to get involved with ongoing projects that need materials and product!

The parents and staff at Theodore Judah Elementary help this school run- and run well! We have some of the best programs in the area and weekly offerings of Science, Art, Music are 3 programs that very few schools can boast about- and we have all three. Our drama program is expanding in 2014-2015 as well! With all these programs offered, we can never have too much help. Support Our Events.
Our events rely on our community and families to show up! Buy your tickets, participate in the raffle, help organize, plan, set up or clean up- we can use all the extra help. But if all you can do is come and be a participator- THANK YOU! Without high traffic at all of our events, they wouldn't exist and our sponsors wouldn't either! Go the extra mile and support our business and community partners when you are out and about in Greater Sacramento!
