**New Theodore Judah PTA App** ($400 investment) If you could get your business on people's phone would you? Get in the hands of the every parent at the school by sponsoring our school App. This app will have everything a parents needs to know about the school and will allow us to send alert notifications, becoming the #1 way parents will find out the most up to the minute information. The Theodore Judah Elementary School App is available for free download for smartphones starting August 24th. Theodore Judah & St. John's Program for Real Change, Farm to Fork Garden Dinner:
October 25, 2015 at Plate's Cafe. Enjoy a Farm-to-Fork dinner set in the garden patio of Plates Cafe, the home of St. Johns Training program. This dinner includes a beautiful meal cooked with local ingredients by Chef Ian MacBride of Lucca's and Chef Rick Mahan of The Waterboy, live music, hosted drinks and great company. The dinner is the culmination of a partnership with St. John's to rehabilitate their garden, it includes the students and families at Judah coming together with the Mothers and children staying at St. Johns. This multi-layered partnerships kicks off in August and runs through October, ending with the dinner. It includes working with the moms of St. Johns to share information on food literacy, teaching the children from Judah and St. Johns about gardening and where your food comes from, team building, community service and friendship.

Harvest Festival: The whole school participates in this event, in late October, and raises most of the PTA funds for our teacher's classrooms and student field trip funds. Each classroom provides a booth for carnival activity games, there is a hay maze, haunted house, pumpkin carving contest, food trucks and much more. This event is attended by many neighborhood families along with the majority of the school.

Every student performs a musical number and each class auctions off an original class inspired and student and created art work. Our events rely on our community and families to show up! Buy your tickets, participate in the raffle, help organize, plan, set up or clean up- we can use all the extra help.
